Our manager holds a doctorate in Organisational Review and Planned Change and has extensive experience in planning and conducting performance reviews of senior leaders, managers and supervisors. The approach to performance reviews usually involves self-reflection, surveys, interviews and feedback including personal and professional commendations and recommendations. However, we are able to tailor an approach to suit your needs.
