FIRST is a non-profit Incorporated Association governed by Articles of Association and run by an elected Management Committee with office bearers elected by and from it's membership base. FIRST Articles provide for Expert Management Committee Members (may be non financial), whereby, they are offered & appointed by the Management Committee for their potential advice and contributions via their respective industry expertise.
